A report is information related to a patient that must be communicated and handled by the team. It is automatically added to the inter-shift report tile.
From the clinical library, click on the report icon:
- Select the type of report (issue or information)
- Select the type of issue / define the subject of the information
- Select the issue
- Enter details (optional)
- Click on ‘’Save’’
The report is added to the file and the inter-shift report.
