Follow up library

A follow-up form can be completed from an activity in the care plan or from the library in the user's profile.

To complete a follow-up via the library:

1. Select the library using the “plus” button

2. Select the “Follow-ups” tab

3. Click on the follow-up to be completed

4. Fill in the information

5. Click “OK”
