Assignments

This tool is used to create tasks and assign them to the required attendances.

An assignment period covers a span of two weeks (14 days). Ideally, the creation of periods for a site should be coordinated with the residence’s schedule and payroll cycle.

Therefore, periods should be created progressively as the manager defines the employees’ work schedules.

 

The main view displays a table containing all created periods, defined by their start and end dates:

 

The Add button allows you to duplicate the last assignment period. If no period exists, you will be prompted to start the first one.

It is essential to create a period before the planned start date so that tasks can be properly assigned within the upcoming period.
