The Coordinates module is used to group together the care and services that will be defined in the user’s care plan and that will generate the activities displayed in the staff’s routines.

 

Care/Service Configuration

A care or service must be created within a group:

  1. Select the Add Group icon

  2. Enter the name of the group

  3. From the dropdown menu, select the icon that will appear in the mobile view routine (PAB)

  4. Save

 

To upload a new image to the dropdown menu:

  1. Click on "Choose an image" and upload the image

  2. Enter the name of the image

  3. Click Add

  4. Click Save

 

Properties

 

Enter the name of the care/service to be displayed in the care plan and in the routine:

 

 

 

The information entered in "Details" provides general guidance related to the care/service for the staff member (optional):

If checked, it will be possible to create multiple instances of this care/service in the care plan:

 

From the dropdown, associate the main profession and profiles that will have the right to “Complete” an activity:

 

Adding a Particularity

Particularities are observations from finalized forms that will be added to the care plan to provide additional details for the care/services:

 

To do so:

1. Search for the observation to insert using its name or identifier

2. Select the observation

3. Drag it into the section on the right

4. Save

 

Deleting a Particularity

1.Select the particularity

2.Drag it onto the delete icon

3.Save

 

 

Adding a Contextualized Document
A care/service can contain various hyperlinks that allow the user to be redirected from the completed activity:

To insert a hyperlink that provides context to the staff member on a form from the library:

 

 

 

Care Methods
To access the Computerized Care Methods (CCM), the facility must first have acquired a license. The loading of CCM must be configured by the provider.

Levels
Allows you to define different levels of autonomy for a care/service and associate care times with them (optional).

1.Click on “Add a level”

2.Enter the name

3.Enter the time assigned to the level

4.Apply

5.Save

 

Editing a Care/Service
A service used in a care plan is displayed in black in the library. To make changes to this care/service, it must be put into edit mode. Once in edit mode, it appears in green.

Any modification will automatically trigger the editing of the care plan version in the Meta. The updated version must then be re-published, and users will need to review the plans to access the changes.
