A common task is an activity not associated with residents. It can be assigned to multiple presences and across several shifts/schedules.
The common task is distributed to presences through the Assignments section.
First, the common task is created within a Group (folder):
Define the name of the group and save.
To add a common task, select the relevant group and click on the + button:

Complete the following fields:
Define the title of the task
Estimate the time required to complete the task
Add a description if needed
Select the profession that will be able to complete the task in their work routine
Select the profile of the relevant profession and, if necessary, add the profiles of other professions that could also perform the task if needed (e.g., the task will be done by the PAB but the auxiliary nurse could also do it if needed)
It is possible to deactivate a task that no longer needs to be performed

Define one or more recurrences:
