Creating a section

Sections provide structure to the form’s observations and facilitate navigation from the table of contents.

If the "Open by default" checkbox is unchecked, the section will be collapsed when the form is opened. This feature can be useful when a form is large and contains multiple subsections.

If the "Visible" checkbox is checked by default, it means that the elements will be visible during data entry, review, and printing:

Section/Profile

• Profile: associates the (professional) profile that will have access to certain behaviors within the section

• Open: checked by default, the professional has access to all information in the section

• Edit: checked by default, the professional can edit the information in the section

• Expected author: checked by default, allows authors to be displayed in the section’s history
