A follow-up grid allows for chronological data entry, displayed either horizontally or vertically, depending on the choice of the clinical staff and/or the software manager.
Follow-up Grid Parameters
1.Time axis direction: displays the grid horizontally or vertically
2. Time type: time unit that will be entered when the grid is opened and incremented thereafter
3. Time interval: only applicable for whole numbers (default is 1
4. PAB tracking on mobile/tablet: if checked, the follow-up grid will be available in the mobile app for completion on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
5. Dynamic observation: must be checked to allow multiple entries in the grid (enabled by default)
6. Absolute width on screen: not applicable
7. Absolute width on print: not applicable
8. Suffix: displayed next to the time axis
9. Prefix: displayed next to the time axis
10. New column – default width: not applicable
11. New column – default print width: not applicable
12. Time axis – chronological order: if checked, dates will automatically be reordered chronologically upon saving
13. Editable observation wording: allows adding information to the existing label
14. The wording is replace: allows modifying the column header label during data entry
15. Header column width on screen (px): applicable only for horizontal time axis
16. Header column width on print (px): applicable only for horizontal time axis
17. Legend: Allows adding an image as a decision support aid, for example
18. Show legend during editing: if checked, displays the legend during data entry and in print (these cannot be separated)
19. Show legend in visual mode: not applicable
20. Show legend on print: not applicable
Time Axis
The time axis defines the type of time and its frequency. The grid configuration determines which time values will be displayed for data entry.
Observation Axis
To add an observation:
Open the follow-up
Open the observation axis
Click on the observation axis
Click the Add Observation button
Specific Observation Details in a Follow-up Grid
In the Details tab of an observation within the grid:
1.Use in a chart: if checked, the entered data will appear in graphical form
2. Column width for the observation: allows you to define the column width for printing (in pixels)
