This type of observation allows you to define a label that is displayed along with an image.

Static image observation: a type of observation where a fixed image is displayed
Label trigger observation: displays the observations and items from the form
Parameters
1.Image: Select the image that will be displayed in the form as a label
2.Preserve original image size: If checked, the image will retain its original size when displayed
3.Visible during editing: If checked, the label will be visible in the form’s editing mode
4.Visible during consultation/printing: Not applicable*
*The option to make the label visible in viewing/printing mode is only available for forms of type Assessment, Request, or Orders.

A label must have a trigger observation:
The trigger observation must contain an entry for the label to be displayedVisible: The image will be visible during data entry and viewing. The Print tab is not applicable for this control
