Settings:

List only: if checked, it prevents the user from adding another choice to the list:

Multiple entries: allows multiple entries of the observation by adding additional observations:

Search: displays a search engine for the list:

Ordering: orders the user’s choices (in order of selection)
Juxtaposed dependent: allows adding a text field next to the selection
