This type of control provides a text input field.
Parameters
Multiline: checked by default, allows entering information over multiple lines
Value format: not applicable
Multiple entries: allows multiple entries of the observation
Scheduling: if set to "descending", the information will automatically be reordered in descending order when multiple values are entered.
