Patient Identification

This section displays the patient’s identification details, stay information, and file number.
You can access the detailed view by clicking on "MORE".

Episodes are created automatically based on information from the ADT system.

Admission date information appears on the patient’s identification card, under the "Current Stay" section.

If there is no ADT data, the episode is opened manually by the clinician, and the admission date corresponds to the episode opening date.

 

Editing Information

Editing this section is not available for facilities where the information comes from an ADT system.

  • Select the "Modify" button

  • Make the necessary changes

  • Select "Modify" again

Deactivate a Patient file

Deactivating a file will close the episodes and current stay, and the file will no longer be available in search results.

  • Select the 3 dots button

  • Click "Deactivate"

  • Confirm

Merge a Patient file

In case of duplicates, it is possible to merge files.

Add a Photo

The photo will be displayed in the file search as well as on the mobile for the caregiver.

  • Click inside the box in the window

  • Select the photo location

  • Edit

The photo can be deleted by clicking the "X" located in the upper left corner of the window.

 

Stays

For facilities with an ADT system, please refer to your facility’s ADT administrator.

Stays allow the management of admissions, departures, and transfers, and these actions will be recorded in the inter-shift report.

Edit a Stay

Depending on your assigned rights and permissions, you may be able to modify the stay’s date and time.
A pencil icon will appear when hovering the mouse cursor over it.

Transfer

The "Transfer" button allows relocating the patient’s file. If the file contains a care plan, this action will reassign the scheduled activities.

  • Select the date

  • Select the new location

  • Confirm

Departure

A discharge will automatically close any open episodes as well as activities related to the care plan.

  • Select the date

  • Select the reason for discharge

  • Confirm

Temporary leave

Used to notify the patient’s absence. It is possible to suspend clinical services in the care plan, and they will be automatically reactivated upon the patient’s return.

  • Select the reason

  • Select the expected return date and time

  • Enable activity suspension

  • Confirm

Appointments

Will display appointments for facilities with an ADT system.

 

File numbers

To edit:

  • Select the "Edit" button

  • Update the information

  • Confirm
