Creating an episode is required to begin entering information into the patient file.
Click the "+" button at the bottom right of the screen
Select the category
Select the clientele
Select the care trajectory (optional)
Select a start date
Click the "Create" button
To access the patient’s file, click on the active episode.
Correction of a Care Episode / Patient Type
To make a correction:
Select "Revise" from the option button
Correct the category
Correct the clientele
Correct the start date
Click "Confirm"
