Displays the chronological view of the patient’s scheduled care plan activities.

Activity details are available when the activity is selected.

  • Activity name

  • The profession and the resource to whom the activity is assigned

  • Details and instructions

  • An activity may include a hyperlink that redirects the user to a related form or care method for context.

Complete an Activity

The "Complete" button is available if the user has the appropriate completion rights assigned.

  • Select the activity in the chronological view

  • Click "Complete"

Incomplete Activity

An activity marked as "Incomplete" requires a justification and will appear in the inter-shift report. It can be rescheduled if needed.

  • Select "Not completed" from the option button

  • Choose a reason from the dropdown menu

  • Confirm

Reschedule an Activity

An activity can be rescheduled within the same shift.

  • Select "Reschedule" from the option button

  • Choose a time

  • Confirm

 

List of completed activities (Done activities)

This filter allows access to the timeline of activities that have been completed for the patient. The available information includes:

  • Activity title

  • Completion time

  • Care provider’s signature
