Activity details are available when the activity is selected.
Activity name
The profession and the resource to whom the activity is assigned
Details and instructions
An activity may include a hyperlink that redirects the user to a related form or care method for context.
Complete an Activity
The "Complete" button is available if the user has the appropriate completion rights assigned.
Select the activity in the chronological view
Click "Complete"
Incomplete Activity
An activity marked as "Incomplete" requires a justification and will appear in the inter-shift report. It can be rescheduled if needed.
Select "Not completed" from the option button
Choose a reason from the dropdown menu
Confirm
Reschedule an Activity
An activity can be rescheduled within the same shift.
Select "Reschedule" from the option button
Choose a time
Confirm
List of completed activities (Done activities)
This filter allows access to the timeline of activities that have been completed for the patient. The available information includes:
