Allows chronological viewing of the patient’s file documentation.
The viewer on the right side of the screen displays the document selected in the timeline.
Access File
The following information is displayed on the various documents in the file:
Evaluation title
Time and date of the last action on the document
Electronic signature, profession, and license number (optional) of the professional
The right side of the screen displays the selected document and shows the following information:

Professional’s signature
Date and time of the last action on the document
When selected, the filters in the chronological view allow you to refine the document search.
The chart timeline allows sorting by document type
The domain filter allows sorting by profession type
The search bar allows searching by document title
Click the 3 dots to access :
- Cancelled documents
- Printing notes
- Printing flags
- Print in batch
View a Canceled Document
It is possible to display the list of documents that have been canceled in the chart. These documents are shown by cancellation date, marked with a red icon, and the document title is struck through in the chronological view.
If a canceled document is printed, the word "Canceled" will be displayed on the PDF.
To return to the regular chronological view, select the "Hide Canceled" option.
Print a document
From the chronological view, it is possible to print a document using either of these two buttons.
Batch Print
This feature, located in the option button of the chronological view, allows you to print a condensed version of the documents in the patient’s chart.
Enter a start and end date for the document extraction
Select the document types
Choose the report format
Click "Launch The Report"
When the report becomes available, a red icon will appear in the grid at the top right corner of the screen, and it will be accessible under the "Deferred Reports" tab.
From this tab, you can download the PDF report or delete it.
Move a Document to a Different Patient Record
This feature is available based on the facility’s configuration.
It is possible to move a document to another patient’s file.
Select "Move" from the option button
2. Search for and select the target patient’s file
3. Select the care episode to which the document will be transferred
4. Validate the facility/file information
5. Select the stay
6. Select the unit
7. Confirm

This feature is available based on the facility’s configuration.
Select "Move" from the option button.
2. Select the option "Use the same patient to transfer to a different file."
3. Select the care episode to which the document will be transferred
4. Validate the facility/file information
5. Select the stay
6. Select the unit
7. Confirm
